Independence is a rule set, not a claim.
ROBION is pre-launch and does not hold accreditation. ISO/IEC 17020 through CNAS is a planned scope; it is not presented as a current status.
Six rules every inspection follows.
Client-first
The company carrying the risk is the customer. Factory relationships do not change acceptance criteria.
No factory gifts
Inspectors do not accept gifts or side payments from the factories they inspect.
Conflicts recorded
Potential conflicts are disclosed, recorded and handled before the assignment proceeds.
Partner boundaries
Accredited partner laboratories perform formal lab tests. Their accreditation is never presented as ROBION's.
Human decision
Software supports comparison and triage. A qualified person reviews every pass, conditional or fail result.
Complaints recorded
Complaints and appeals follow a documented route separate from the original inspection decision.
ROBION currently holds no accreditation. Any future status will be described by exact scope and effective date after formal approval.
